Spicy Tomato Onion Chutney Recipe

Spicy Tomato chutney is very easiest and quickest recipe with very less ingredients.

Serves: 2 Person 
Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
Cooking Time : 10 Minutes




Ingredients:


1. Tomato - 4 
2. Onion : 2
3. Green Chilly - 2
4. Cumin Seeds - a pinch
5. Oil - 2 Teaspoon
6. Red Chilly - 1 Spoon
7. Salt - As per taste
8. Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
9. Coriander Powder - 1 Spoon
10. Garam Masala - 1 Spoon

Procedure:

1. Wash the tomato and cut them into small pieces.
2. Peel the onion and cut them into small pieces.
3. Cut green chilly in small pieces.
4. Heat oil in fry pan. Seasoned with cumin seeds and add green chilly.
5. Add Onion and cook for 1 minute.
6. Add salt, red chilly, coriander powder, turmeric powder and mix them well.
7. Cook for another 2 minutes.
8. Add finely chopped tomato and cook well.
9. Add garam masala and mix well. 

Now, Spicy Tomato Onion chutney is ready. Served it with hot rotis or parathas.

Tango Mango Chutney

Tango Mango Chutney Recipes


Raw Mango chutney is very quick and lip smacking recipe which can be prepared in just 15 minutes. 


Serves : 1 Bowl
Preparation Time: 5 Minute
Cooking Time: 10 Minute










Ingredients: 

1. Raw Mango : 1
2. Jaggery : 250 gm
3. Salt : 1 Teaspoon
4. Khas Khas : a Pinch
5. Mustard Seeds : a Pinch
6: Fennel : 1 Teaspoon
7. Green Chilly - 2 Pcs
8. Oil -  1 Teaspoon
9. Water - 1 Cup
10. Bay Leaf - 1

Procedure:


1. Peel the mango and then grate them.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Seasoned with bay leaf, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fennel and green chilly.
3. Now add grated mango & mix them well.
4. Cook for a while & add salt and khas khas.
5. Cook for 1 minute, Add jaggery and mix well.
6. Pour water and boil it until the mixture gets thick.  


Now Tango Raw Mango chutney is ready. Served it with Paratha or as a side dish.
Best part is you can store the chutney in refrigerator for a week.
